10. INSURANCE. The holder is covered by the following liability insurance guarantee, which must be primary and non-contributory: (a) general commercial liability, including coverage for premises and operations, completed products and operations, significant property damage, contractual liability, explosion, collapse and liability for damage to the bottom and personal injury; (b) professional liability for motor vehicles for all motor vehicles in possession, leased and not in possession and used for the construction of the structure; and (c) workers` compensation and employer liability. coverage limits for general contractor liability guidelines must be accompanied by a cap on personal injury and property damage of at least $1,000,000 per incident; A minimum of $1,000,000 for personal injury; A minimum of $2,000,000 for completed products/operations; and at least $2,000,000 in general aggregate; To the extent that the holder`s insurance limits are higher than those prescribed, these apply. Coverage limits for the licensee`s automobile liability guidelines must have a combined cap on personal injury and property damage of at least $1,000,000 for each accident; Coverage limits for the workers` compensation must comply with all applicable government laws; and coverage limits for the contractor`s employer liability policies must be provided for personal injury by illness, at least $1,000,000 per accident and at least $1,000,000 for each staff member. CONTRACTOR SHALL NAME PCA AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES AS ADDITIONAL INSUREDS UNDER THE COMMERCIAL GENERAL AND AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY POLICIES UTILIZING INSURANCE FORMS CG 20 10 07 04 (OR ANY EARLIER VERSION OF CG 20 10 BACK TO CG 20 10 11 85) AND CG 20 37 07 04 OR THEIR SUBSTANTIAL EQUIVALENTS WITH RESPECT TO LIABILITY OR CLAIMS OF LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE WORK. The parties intend that this provision would constitute an explicit lifting of the immunity provided by existing workers` compensation legislation and that the general liability of the contractor should not include measures taken by third parties for exclusion or similar mentions or restrictions. PRIOR TO COMMENCING THE WORK, CONTRACTOR WILL DELIVER TO PCA CERTIFICATES EVIDENCING ALL SUCH COVERAGE IN INSURANCE COMPANIES ACCEPTABLE TO PCA.
